Fees

• For private customers, we work on the basis of an hourly rate, taking into account the time spent. Payment is made at the end of each meeting or assignment. Expenses (postage, telephone, photocopies, etc.) are reimbursed in addition to the fee.
• An initial meeting to get an opinion can be arranged for CHF 160 (including VAT) for one hour.

• For employers, and depending on the specifics of the case, terms and conditions are agreed at the start of the assignment (daily rate or fixed price or subscription). Advances against the final invoice may be required at the start of or during the mandate.

• In the event of financial difficulties, you may apply for legal aid. In this case, we advise you to contact either a lawyer or a licensed business agent. This state aid is granted (on the basis of an application) to people whose financial situation does not allow them to defend their interests.
